portable limb stretching device, haptic device, and internet.

impaired elbow joint remotely at patient's home or local clinics.
The portable limb stretching device stretches the spastic/contractured
elbow joint by using our intelligent stretching control for effective
therapy.
The haptic device at clinician's office provides the clinician with
haptic feel of the patient's elbow joint so that the clinician can
examine the patient's remotely.
